On Saturday, September 14th, we gathered in Hyde Park to celebrate Jo (our founder) 50th birthday. It was a wonderful day, bringing together many of our ladies from across the country to honour Jo and enjoy each other’s company. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, which made our picnic even more special.

As we shared memories and achievements, it became clear how much support we receive from this incredible charity, reminding us that we are not alone in our struggles.

Reflecting on the day, it was evident that we have built something truly special with if Only…  a family of women who uplift each other in the journey toward healing from sexual abuse. This gathering created lasting memories for all of us, and we’re excited to make it an annual tradition.
