On Wednesday, 15th January, Jo and Emily visited The Shard to meet with Mitie at
their office. They participated in Mitie’s new podcast series, Comfortable
Conversations, which aims to support employees and management within the
organisation. The first episode focused on sexual harassment, highlighting the new
legal protections that requires employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual
harassment in the workplace. It was an engaging discussion, featuring professionals
from Mitie alongside Jo and Emily, who shared insights about If Only… and the work
we do. We extend our thanks to Mitie for inviting us to be part of this meaningful
