In May, Sarah Muir, one of our ladies, took on a 20km wild water swim to raise funds for ‘if Only…’ and ‘Revival – Wiltshire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre’.
She tackled these swims at Vobster Quay in Somerset, braving water temperatures of a chilly 10 to 12 degrees while wearing only a swimsuit.
Sarah is passionate about wild water swimming, which she finds greatly beneficial for her mental health.
Jo and Karen attended to cheer her on during one of her swims, and they were truly impressed by her strength and determination in taking on this challenge.
