if Only…is a small charity supporting Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse. As much as we want to grow so that we can help as many Survivors as possible nationwide, we want to always maintain the personal touch. Remaining a small charity means that we keep our expenses down, which will allow every penny that we raise to go towards helping Survivors.
Survivors are the people that matter, the people that really need our support. That is what if Only… is all about. We believe that life is not all about being the biggest and the best or the most important, life is about always doing your very best to help and support those in need.
If Only… may only be a small charity, but we are made up of a lot of big things, big ideas, big dreams, big hearts, a huge passion and endless kindness. We always remember that everything that is a success, started from a small idea. Being small does not mean you are not a success. We are so grateful for every contribution, no matter how small and we rely on the generous donations of individuals and grant funding to continue our important work.
