Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on faulty goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We ship goods only to UK addresses.

PLEASE NOTE; we do not offer refunds on wrongly ordered items. But we will happily discuss this with you to see if we can find a compromise.

To start a faulty return, you can contact us at info@ifonlycharity.org.uk to start the process. If your return is accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns but are happy to discuss with you where to send and how to get a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days to return the faulty item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted and assuming the return costs are confirmed and paid for, we will send back out the item to you.

Refunds

Refunds are only given if the item is faulty or is not as described, or if it does not do what it’s supposed to. We do not offer refunds on sale items or wrongly ordered items, these would be at the customer’s cost along with further postage. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  info@ifonlycharity.org.uk.
